Lilly Mackenzie & the Mines of Charybdis is a graphic novel that was serialised, for free, on the celebrated Webcomics Collective ACT-I-VATE

Pages were added to the story every week until we arrive at Page 88 which was the end of it. Soon after completing the story the Judge Dredd Megazine agreed to serialise it, their only condition being that it be taken offline until after they had finished doing that. Once the Megazine edition has completed then the whole story will go back online again. At the moment I am tweaking and extending the story a bit to fit into 8 x 12 page episodes. I'm very happy to have a little more space to let the story breath a bit more easily. I believe that it is sceduled to run from April of 2010 and should be available from all fine Comics outlets and by subscription. I am simultaneously working on a sequel story entitled 'Lilly Mackenzie & the Treasure of Paros' which will carry forward the plots threads laid out in 'Charybdis'. My plan is that there will be 3 story arcs, all of which would be serialised on ACT-I-VATE first then collected together into a 300+ page book at the end.
